5 Little bunnies reading in the bed.

One fell off and bumped his head.

Momma came in hopping and then she said,

Time for you to go to bed.

 

4 Little bunnies reading in the bed.

One excited jumped up instead.

Momma came in hopping and then she said,

Time for you to go to bed.

 

3 Little Bunnies reading in the bed.

One got hot and he turned red.

Momma came in hopping and then she said,

Time for you to go to bed.

 

2 Little bunnies reading in the bed.

One forgot his teddy bear, Fred.

Momma came in hopping and then she said,

Time for you to go to bed.

 

1 Little bunny reading in the bed.

He yawned and laid down his head.

Momma came in hopping and then she said,

All my bunnies have gone to bed.

I used the Ellison Die Cuts to make the beds and bunnies. After laminating, I attached Velcro to the beds, cut a tiny slit to place the bunny in bed. I used glue dots to place a laminated rectangle (creased like a book) in the bunnies hand. My little bunnies fell asleep reading in bed, but you could also Velcro the books in the the bunnies hand to read the poem "Five Little Bunnies", removing each book as each one falls asleep. This was created for an intended audience from age two to five.
